Navigating Bids and RFPs for Commercial Duct Cleaning Services

Commercial duct cleaning looks simple until you have to buy it. Then the tangle begins. Conflicting scopes, mystery line items, unit pricing that seems designed by a magician, and photos of questionable dust that look like they were shot during a lunar mission. If you manage facilities, procurement, or construction, you know the pain. You need clean ducts and minimal disruption. You also need to move fast without tripping into a mess of change orders or angry tenants.
